As an acknowledged essential service in CA, Allen Liu Acupuncture is pleased to be able to remain open to all new and existing patients given that all patients understand the following COVID-19 Safety Protocol.  If you understand, agree to, and can abide by the the COVID-19 Safety Protocol at Allen Liu Acupuncture, you are more than welcome to make an appointment and start or continue your acupuncture treatments.

ALA COVID-19 Safety Protocol

 

• No treatment of anyone testing positive for COVID-19.

• No treatment of anyone with symptoms of COVID-19.

• All patients must wear a face covering to the clinic, and keep it on unless otherwise directed by the acupuncturist.

• Hand sanitizer as well as hand soap & sink available to all patients.

• Treatment rooms are sanitized and wiped down before & after each patient.

• Sheets are changed after each patient.

• Treatment rooms are given an hour to ventilate between patients.

• The acupuncturist wears a face covering at all times.

• The CNT (Clean Needle Technique) certification required by CA as part of training & licensure to become a Licensed Acupuncturist in CA insures cleanliness & sanitation of acupuncture equipment and of the acupuncturist performing treatment.

• All other previous requirements of patients apply … ie, please arrive showered & clean, preferably wearing loose fitting clothing giving easy access to arms, legs, abdomen, and back.
